    A simple handwritten drawing showing the outline of the space with the internal dimensions is sufficient. You do not need a professional technical drawing. We convert it into a 3D model, send you a preview for confirmation and then proceed to manufacture.

    From sketch → to 3D → to real product. The goal: perfect fit in space, full utilisation and maximum storage capacity with absolute precision (no “about”).
    This process reduces errors and installation time as the design is measured and modelled before it is built.
    Ideal for cold rooms in food service, food companies, warehouses and commercial premises where tolerances are small and accuracy counts.

    Aluminium & Inox 304 shelves
    Same features, different material

    The dimensions, technical characteristics and assembly are the same for both materials. The difference is in appearance and cost.

    Aluminium: electrostatically painted for protection.
    Inox: 304 stainless steel.
    Legs: 30×30×1,2 mm tube
    Frames: tube 40×20×1,2 mm
    Special depths: longitudinal crosspiece + double racks

    Common technical characteristics

    • Same dimensions and design in Aluminium and Inox.
    • Sturdy construction with 30×30×1,2 mm legs and 40×20×1,2 mm frames.
    • In the special dimensions with a depth of 60/70/80 cm there is a longitudinal traverse and double racks are placed to avoid deformation.
    • Known strength per surface area – measurable, not “what it can withstand”.
    Maximum load per surface (depending on length):
    0,60-1,00 m → 250 kg
    1,00-1,40 m → 230 kg
    1.40-1.70 m → 220 kg

    Height-adjustable footrests for perfect support on the floor.
    Alternatively add 125mm tyre wheels with or without brake.

    SHELF ASSEMBLY

    Assembly is designed to be quick and without special tools, so you can finish installation in no time, without fatigue and hassle.

    We start from the lowest level: place the first 4 wedges at the desired height that we want the low surface to be and pass the feet through the surface.

    Correct orientation = correct “locking”
    The plastic wedge has an embossed arrow. The arrow must always point upwards.
    ATTENTION
    The wedge should be inserted into the plastic connector as shown in the picture. If it is not inserted correctly, you will not get maximum lock/stability.

    Repeat the same procedure for as many surfaces/levels as you want to place.

    PACKAGING

    To make assembly really easy, delivery is done in a system: each shelf is a separate package and comes with an ID label.

    The label contains the critical information so that you don’t waste time searching and don’t set up the wrong piece in the wrong place:

    • Ward number or name (where it goes)
    • Shelf dimensions (what you are setting up)
    • Number of surfaces
    • Type: basic or corner (how to tie)
    • Drawing number corresponding to the drawing / layout we send you again
