1978: The beginning<\/div>
Based in a machine shop in Thessaloniki, Antonaras George founded PROPLAST, whose initial object was the design and manufacture of moulds for the production of plastic objects.<\/div> <\/div> <\/div> <\/div> <\/div>

1982: Expansion and diversification<\/div>
The acquisition of injection machines allowed us to introduce a range of household and professional products to the Greek market, proudly bearing the PROPLAST brand.

\nThis era of expansion was not only about developing our product range but also about setting a benchmark for quality and innovation in the plastic products industry.

\nIt is the year that the company submits the designs of 12 new innovative products to the O.B.I. Industrial Property Organization, registers the patents and we receive the corresponding patents.<\/div> <\/div> <\/div> <\/div> <\/div>

1990: A new home and international debut<\/div>

1996: International promotion<\/div>
Extroversion is the new goal of the company and since 1996 PROPLAST becomes the first Greek company in its sector to participate in foreign exhibitions, specifically in the AMBIENTE exhibition in Frankfurt, Germany. The constant presence at the exhibitions results in the conclusion of partnerships with companies from Germany, Sweden and France. This forced the renewal and modernization of the mechanical equipment.

2009: new product category – Shelving and storage equipment<\/div>
Following closely the market developments we noticed that there was a strong need for proper and efficient storage of food and medicines. Thus, our company created a new separate department for the production of shelves for cold rooms and catering areas. We designed an innovative system that allows the customer to achieve excellent organization and storage in any catering, cold room and food processing industry.

\nThis group was created by European factories producing top quality products with the aim of further developing innovative products that make working in the catering industry easier and more efficient.
